We want our customers to be completely satisfied so we offer a return facility for unopened, unused product. If returned product meets such criteria, we shall refund the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee will not be applicable if there is a manufacturing fault. Customers will be responsible for shipping cost. Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase. Product bought in a retail setting must be returned to the stockist.
